A new product can be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase
Art. 9 of the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights".

Delivery of goods - paid for by the Buyer.
Delivery of defective goods is paid at the expense of the recipient.

What are the conditions for returning an item?
Return of goods is possible within 14 days, excluding the day of purchase. The product must be free of traces of use, scratches and chips. The complete set and packaging have been preserved and have no visible deformations. Together with the product, you provide the original warranty card and a document confirming the purchase. The term for consideration of the return is 7 calendar days from the moment the seller receives the goods.
